I hope the developers address the issue and make this app work for all of their loyal HK owners. But having “some” people find success and the rest get absolute failure is not a good ranking to say the least. Obviously, some people have gotten it to work and I applaud their accomplishments. I will always be an HK fan for the hardware, but the app is basically useless. The app still has not “found” my speaker and after multiple attempts nothing has worked even though I no issues playing music (which sounds amazing on my Onyx 4). BTW, also don’t miss Sound Blaster Roar 2 Bluetooth speaker and more related cool stuff by following tags. If you’re interested, jump to Best Buy or Harman Kardon for its more details. I have reset the speaker, reset the Bluetooth, reset the phone, and numerous other techniques. The Onyx Studio 2 Bluetooth speaker comes in black and white, and the black version is on sale for 199.99 USD (399.95 regular price) at present. After MULTIPLE strategies to get the app to work, I am still unsuccessful. But the HK app definitely needs further development. I’m a “tech head” and can basically trouble shoot anything and get it to work. It’s been amazing since the day that I purchased it. Let me say for starters that I absolutely love my Onyx 4. After reading all of the reviews, most negative, I still gave the app a shot.
